McCrossen Marketing launches AI strategy platform with 42 live documents

McCrossen Marketing, a veteran-founded company based in Texas, has launched an AI-powered Marketing Intelligence Platform that pulls live data from a business’s existing Google properties and uses it to generate strategic output.

The platform connects via secure OAuth to Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile, plus third-party SERP data. It uses that live data to answer diagnostic questions, produce strategy documents, optimize web pages, and surface opportunities that static monthly reports miss.

️ What It Does

The headline feature is a Document Builder that generates 42 distinct marketing strategy documents. All 42 are live, none carry a coming soon label. Document types include SWOT Analysis, PESTLE Analysis, Competitive Positioning Maps, Campaign Briefs, Editorial Calendars, SEO Strategy Briefs, and Brand Positioning Statements, among 34 others. Each document is generated from the business’s connected analytics data, its Google Business Profile, and in many cases live-analyzed competitor websites.

A URL Optimization engine scores web pages across 59 signals and pushes recommendations for meta titles, descriptions, heading structure, alt text, and schema markup directly to WordPress via a one-click plugin called McCrossenSEO. The scoring engine is designed to improve accuracy over time by measuring real-world ranking outcomes across the subscriber network.

The Operator Pitch

Founder Matt McCrossen described the problem the platform targets directly:

“I spent years running client marketing campaigns working directly with business owners, navigating siloed dashboards, unconnected reporting tools, and lengthy emails. Clients didn’t need more charts. They needed someone who could look at their data and tell them what to do next. That’s what this platform does — except it’s available at 2 a.m. on a Sunday and it never sends you an invoice for a phone call.”

The company positions this as a category gap between general-purpose AI chatbots (which know nothing about your specific business unless you paste data in) and enterprise marketing intelligence platforms (which historically start at five-figure annual contracts). McCrossen Marketing was built to operate in that gap.

The Security Layer

The platform ships alongside McCrossen SecurityShield, a WordPress security plugin powered by the McCrossen Threat Intelligence Network (MTIN). Unlike standard security plugins that protect each site in isolation, MTIN treats every protected site as both a defender and a sensor. When one site detects a credential stuffing attempt or brute-force login pattern, that intelligence propagates across every subscriber on the network. USPTO trademark applications for SecurityShield and MTIN have been filed.

The broader product lineup also includes McCrossen ArtistFlow, a commission lifecycle management tool for visual artists. Each product runs independently and shares the same underlying platform infrastructure.

A 52-item Foundation Checklist guides new customers through setup steps from ideal customer profile definition through customer retention program design, with direct links to the relevant platform tools at each step.
