followOS promises end-to-end AI ad management for SMBs in Q1 2027
follow Inc, a vertically integrated digital advertising company, announced followOS: an autonomous, AI-powered ad platform aimed at small and mid-sized businesses. General availability is targeted for Q1 2027, with early access registration open now at follow-inc.com.
What It Does
The pitch is full-stack campaign execution without an agency, media buyer, or in-house marketing team. A business owner sets an objective, a budget, and an audience. From there, followOS claims to handle campaign strategy, creative production, media buying, in-flight optimization, and performance reporting autonomously.
Media placement covers follow’s own Instagram owned-media network alongside paid inventory on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and other major social channels.
The Problem It Is Targeting
According to follow Inc, SMBs represent the overwhelming majority of U.S. employers but have historically lacked access to the agency model on economic grounds. Existing self-serve tools still demand strategic judgment, creative production, and daily optimization discipline that most business owners do not have the bandwidth to supply.
CEO Dean K. Ladell described the goal as giving SMBs
“the full execution layer, running autonomously and powered by our proprietary AI”rather than a simplified toolset.
CTO Drew Greene framed it as optimization rather than automation:
“an agent system that makes the same decisions a strong agency team would make, makes them continuously, and improves on them with every campaign it runs.”
What Is Still Unknown
Pricing has not been disclosed. The detection and optimization methodology behind the AI agent architecture has not been detailed publicly. followOS is described as the company’s second platform and the next generation of its product line, but no specifics on how it differs technically from the first platform have been shared.
