ImpactFactory.ai shipped Version 1.8 on October 8, 2026, with one headline addition: MIA (Marketing Intelligence Advisor), an AI agent designed to act as a virtual Chief Marketing Officer for small businesses.
What MIA Does
Rather than requiring users to pick the right tool or agent themselves, MIA serves as a single conversational interface. You tell her your objectives, budgets, and priorities. She asks follow-up questions, then coordinates the platform’s specialist agents to carry campaigns from planning through execution and measurement.
The interaction is fully two-way and works while MIA is simultaneously doing background work, which the company says makes it practical on mobile. The idea is that a business owner can talk to MIA during a commute, in a client meeting, or between appointments, without stopping to open a separate workflow.
Updated AI Media Buyer
Version 1.8 also upgrades the platform’s AI Media Buyer agent. It pulls performance data from Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn into a unified view and benchmarks campaign metrics against industry-specific data. So instead of just seeing a cost-per-click number, you get context on whether that number is typical for your sector and what to do about it.
The Media Buyer can surface underperformance, flag opportunities, and feed recommendations back to MIA. Advertising spend decisions, however, stay with the user. The platform does not execute purchases on your behalf.
What Else the Platform Covers
ImpactFactory.ai positions itself as a single platform replacing multiple agencies and tools. The feature list includes brand development, website creation, social media, email, video and ad production, competitor intelligence, media placement, and performance analytics. It also supports placing ads across digital channels and premium television.
Pricing
Subscriptions start at $99/month.
