Plainly Flows lets creative teams automate asset production

London-based Plainly launched Plainly Flows on September 24, 2026. It is the company’s second product, sitting alongside Plainly Videos, its existing cloud-based video automation platform built on native Adobe After Effects rendering.

What It Does

Plainly Flows targets a specific bottleneck: creative teams spending a significant portion of their time re-executing the same production work. The platform lets a creative team build a workflow once by setting up video templates, adding AI generation steps, and defining which elements change through inputs. From that point, the team requesting the asset fills out a simple form and Plainly Flows generates the finished, on-brand output.

The goal is to remove the designer from the middle of every repeat request without removing their standards from the output.

Beta Results

Two beta use cases are worth noting. A B2B company used Plainly Flows to send personalized CEO avatar videos to customers each quarter, pulling in usage data and milestones automatically. Their customer success team now produces 50 to 70 personalized renewal videos per month at 2 to 3 minutes of effort each. A separate customer generates event graphics on-site via phone, outputting finished video in three aspect ratios through a single workflow.

Who Is Behind It

Plainly’s first product is used by WPP Production and UNICEF Australia. The company is an official Adobe Video Technology Partner. CEO Nebojša Savičić describes the positioning directly:

“Most automation tools were built around business data, not creative files. Plainly Flows lets creative teams encode their production knowledge into a workflow anyone in the organization can run.”

No pricing was disclosed in the announcement. Plainly Flows is available now at plainlyflows.com.
