TJM Labs becomes PCCA’s official AI automation partner for compounding pharmacies
PCCA, the Houston-based compounding pharmacy support organization, has named TJM Labs its official automation partner. The deal gives PCCA’s members direct access to AI-powered workflow tools built specifically for pharmacy operations.
What TJM Labs Does
TJM Labs builds AI bots that handle the repetitive administrative layer of pharmacy work: prescription intake, data entry, refill processing, prior authorizations, MedSync, and patient communication. The platform plugs into existing workflows rather than replacing them, which lowers the switching cost for independent pharmacies already running established systems.
The company reports it currently supports more than 400 pharmacies and processes over 300,000 prescriptions daily. TJM’s founder Jonathan Aldy is a PharmD, which PCCA CEO Gus Bassani cited as a meaningful differentiator.

The PK Software Angle
PK Software, PCCA’s own end-to-end software solution for compounding pharmacies, will work closely with TJM Labs on future integrations. That signals this goes beyond a referral arrangement and into shared product development territory.
