1Password crossed $500 million in annual recurring revenue, up from $400 million as of November 2025. That’s a $100 million ARR jump in under a year, and the driver is clear: enterprise teams deploying AI coding assistants and agents at scale.
The company is also reporting double-digit free cash flow margins, which puts it in a different financial category than most growth-stage SaaS. Alongside the revenue news, 1Password launched 1Password for Agents, a product built specifically for the AI agent use case that is fueling its growth.
The Operator Angle
If you’re running AI agents in any business context, credential and secrets management becomes a real problem fast. Agents need API keys, OAuth tokens, and service credentials to function. Managing that safely at any scale is not a solved problem for most small teams. 1Password moving into this space signals that enterprise demand for agent-aware credential management is large enough to build a dedicated product around it.
For solopreneurs and small teams, it’s worth watching what 1Password for Agents actually offers at lower price tiers as the product matures.
