AI assistants are increasingly returning one answer with a handful of cited sources. Ryan Doser spent six months treating that shift as a measurement problem, auditing his own site and two client sites to find out what actually determines whether a domain gets named in that answer.
This week he packaged the results as the AI SEO System: a 45-point audit he already runs for paying consulting clients, now sold as plain files that any AI assistant can read.
What the audit covers
The system works across four diagnostic areas: whether AI crawlers can reach a site, whether content is readable by a language model, whether the domain reads as trustworthy, and whether the traffic it earns converts. Each of the 45 findings comes with a fix and a way to verify the fix worked.
Sixteen accompanying skills cover keyword research, content strategy, page drafting, competitor analysis, outreach, Google Business Profiles, schema, and llms.txt.
Two elements cut against how this category usually sells. A refresh skill stops an AI assistant from rewriting pages that already rank or already get cited, which Doser identifies as a common way operators lose traffic they already have. A section called the Don’t-Chase List names six things he says the industry sells that do not work.
The data behind it
The numbers come from three real sites tracked over the period Doser was developing the method.
- ryandoser.com launched February 2026 with no backlinks and no domain history. Over six months it recorded 5.77K clicks, 890K impressions in Google Search Console, and 12.1K AI citations on Microsoft Copilot and partner surfaces via Bing Webmaster Tools. Doser attributes more than $100,000 in revenue across client work, digital product sales, and affiliate commissions to that visibility.
- A seven-figure dental IT and cybersecurity company recorded 5.87K clicks and 1.23M impressions over twelve months, with growth becoming visible in May after months of flat performance.
- An eight-figure SaaS company logged 95.5K impressions inside Google’s AI results since mid-May.
What Doser is upfront about
He is direct about the limits: nobody can guarantee placement inside a model’s answer, results arrive in months rather than days, and a buyer needs to be able to ship changes to their own website.
Pricing and compatibility
The AI SEO System is a one-time purchase of $199 with lifetime updates and no subscription. It runs as plain files inside Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT’s Codex, and Google Antigravity, or as a Claude Code plugin. A private prioritization session with Doser is available separately through his consulting page.
