GoHighLevel adds AI portal builder to its Labs toolkit

Laptop, phone, and coffee on a wooden desk

GoHighLevel shipped a new AI-driven portal builder inside its Labs feature set. Called Vibe Coding in Client App Builder, it lets you describe the client portal you want in plain language and generates functional pages from that description.

Previously, a custom client portal on GoHighLevel meant working inside fixed templates or paying for custom development. Vibe Coding changes that constraint by generating layouts through a conversational prompt flow.

What the builder does

The feature walks you through a setup conversation: describe your business and audience, pick a design system, upload brand images, and AI generates the pages. From there you can refine through additional prompts or by selecting elements directly in the visual preview and describing the change you want.

  • Connects to existing courses, communities, appointments, shared files, and member accounts without rebuilding them
  • Supports custom domains, up to 10 per portal
  • Includes dark mode support in the builder interface (Light, Dark, or System), which does not affect the published portal’s design
  • Works from a blank slate or on top of an existing Client Portal

How to access it

Vibe Coding is available now through Client App Builder in Labs. Enable Client App Builder from your Labs settings, open it, and choose to create a web experience. GoHighLevel says ready-made industry templates, MCP support, and faster app generation are coming next.

For agencies running GoHighLevel as a white-labeled platform, the custom domain support and brand-connected portal generation are the most relevant parts of this launch.
