HubSpot June 2026: agents get more access, Revenue Hub takes shape

HubSpot’s June 2026 release batch has two clear threads: giving AI agents more room to operate, and starting to stitch together the billing and revenue experience that’s been spread across disconnected tools.

Agents Get More Surface Area

Several updates this month expand what HubSpot’s built-in agents can touch. The Prospecting Agent is now available across every paid hub, not just select tiers. The Customer Agent picks up forms and invoice questions, extending its reach beyond basic support. Intent signals are now pulled directly from deal notes and call transcripts, rather than relying exclusively on third-party data sources.

For developers, there’s a new CLI for coding agents, which makes it easier to build and test agent workflows without jumping between interfaces.

Revenue Hub: Early Signs of a Unified Billing Layer

The other headline is Revenue Hub. Price books and a new connected billing experience are the first visible pieces of what HubSpot is building toward: quoting, billing, and payments running through a single contract record instead of three separate tools.

If you’re currently stitching together HubSpot quotes with an external billing tool, this is the direction HubSpot is heading. It’s early, but the architecture is starting to show.

The Operator Takeaway

The agent expansions are most useful if you’re already on a paid HubSpot hub and haven’t explored what Prospecting or Customer Agent can do. The Revenue Hub changes are worth watching if your sales-to-billing handoff is messy. Neither is a reason to overhaul your stack today, but both signal where HubSpot is placing its bets.
