HubSpot’s Unbound 2026 event mixed main stage announcements with quieter product updates. If you run HubSpot for your business, a few of these are worth acting on now.
The updates worth your attention
- Meeting recording change (live now): A meeting recording update is already active. HubSpot flags this one specifically as something that may require changes to existing workflows. Check your automations before it breaks something in production.
- Marketing contacts cap: You can now set a cap on your marketing contacts count. Useful if you’re managing costs against HubSpot’s contact-based pricing tiers.
- Unified report builder: A single report builder across the platform. Fewer places to look for the same data.
- Churn risk signal in Buyer Intent: Buyer Intent now surfaces a churn risk signal. If you’re using Buyer Intent data to prioritize outreach, this adds a retention layer to what was previously a pure acquisition tool.
- Nurture Agent: The most interesting announcement. Nurture Agent rewrites the content of an automated email at the exact moment it sends, based on what HubSpot knows about that contact at send time. Static nurture sequences have always been a compromise. This is a direct shot at that problem.
The operator takeaway
The meeting recording change is the only one with an immediate action item: audit your workflows today. Everything else is additive. The Nurture Agent is the feature with the highest upside for anyone running long email sequences to a segmented list.
