JustAI, an AI marketing platform founded by Neha Mittal and Jeff Hara, has closed a Series A round of over $17 million. Base10 led the round, with Y Combinator and Peak XV Partners participating alongside strategic investors including growth leaders from Anthropic and Chime, the CTO of HubSpot, and the founders of Eppo and Vapi.
The company claims its platform supports more than 600 marketing decisions delegated to AI every month and helped generate over $100 million in revenue for customers last year. Current customers include Coursera, ClickUp, and Better.
What JustAI Actually Does
The platform combines strategy, creative, decisioning, and data agents to help enterprise marketing teams automate personalization, experimentation, and campaign execution. Under the hood, JustAI says it uses proprietary reinforcement learning models to predict the next best action or message for each user, replacing traditional rules-based campaign management.
Mittal previously worked in growth and retention roles at Twitter and Pinterest. Hara brings a background in machine learning and recommendation systems.
Where the Money Goes
JustAI plans to use the capital to expand its engineering and go-to-market teams, strengthen its agentic AI infrastructure, and push the platform into e-commerce and B2B marketing use cases. The company also intends to expand its engineering presence in India.
The 12-month roadmap centers on helping enterprise marketing teams consolidate fragmented tools and workflows into a single knowledge and decisioning layer.
This round follows a $1.7 million seed in August 2024 led by Peak XV Partners, Y Combinator, Lobster Capital, and Cloud Capital.
