AI marketing startup JustAI just closed a Series A round worth more than $17 million. Base10 led the round. Y Combinator and Peak XV Partners, both existing investors, also participated alongside growth leaders from Anthropic and Chime, HubSpot’s CTO, and the founders of Eppo and Vapi.

What the platform does

JustAI is built around multiple AI agents that handle strategy, creative execution, decisioning, and data analysis within a single platform. The company’s pitch is a replacement for rules-based campaign management: instead of manually configured workflows, its proprietary reinforcement learning models decide the best action or message for each individual user in real time.

The platform currently handles more than 600 marketing decisions delegated to AI each month. The company reports it helped generate more than $100 million in customer revenue over the past year. Active customers include Coursera, ClickUp, and Better.

Where the money goes

JustAI plans to direct the capital toward expanding its engineering and go-to-market teams, investing further in its agentic AI infrastructure, and broadening platform capabilities for e-commerce and B2B marketing. The company is also exploring engineering hiring in India as part of its expansion.

Founder background

Co-founders Neha Mittal and Jeff Hara bring complementary experience. Mittal held growth and retention roles at Twitter and Pinterest. Hara’s background is in machine learning and recommendation systems, which maps directly to the platform’s core architecture.

The operator angle

This round follows a $1.7 million seed closed in August 2024, which means JustAI went from seed to a $17M Series A in under a year. Over the next 12 months, the company says it wants to help enterprise marketing teams consolidate disconnected tools into a unified decisioning layer. If you’re watching where enterprise AI marketing spend is flowing, JustAI is a clear signal of the direction.
