Most automation platforms hand you a canvas and tell you to figure it out. Latenode is taking a different approach with its newly announced managed service.
What Changed
Instead of onboarding teams onto a self-serve platform, Latenode now offers a guided model. Teams describe the business process they want to automate. Latenode scopes the workflow, certified partners implement it, and the team receives ongoing support, a direct point of contact, and quarterly business reviews.
The service targets marketing, sales, HR, customer support, RevOps, operations, and startup teams that need automation across their existing tools but don’t want to own the technical setup themselves.
The Operator Angle
This is essentially a done-for-you automation layer sitting on top of a no-code and low-code platform. If your team has identified the bottlenecks but lacks the bandwidth or technical depth to wire up the workflows, this is the pitch: describe what you need, get it built, keep a human contact on speed dial.
Whether the execution quality holds up depends entirely on Latenode’s partner network, which the announcement does not detail. That’s the part worth asking about before signing up.
