Leadly launches AI chat widget for small biz leads at $9/mo

The average small business website converts less than 2% of visitors, according to the developer behind Leadly. The product launched on Product Hunt this week and targets the gap between enterprise lead tools like HubSpot and Salesforce, which cost hundreds to thousands of dollars per month, and the nothing-at-all option most small businesses end up with.

What It Does

Leadly is a JavaScript snippet that adds a chat bubble to the bottom right corner of any website. When a visitor clicks it, an AI assistant engages them, asks qualifying questions, and collects name, email, phone number, and service intent. The business owner gets an email notification when a lead comes in. Setup takes roughly 2 minutes, according to the developer.

The builder used Claude to go from idea to working product in 24 hours. Backend includes Stripe for payments and automated email notifications when leads arrive.

  • Starter: $9/month, 50 leads
  • Pro: $29/month, 200 leads
  • Agency: $79/month, unlimited leads

Roadmap

Features on the announced roadmap include a customer dashboard, CRM integrations with HubSpot and Salesforce, AI-powered email follow-up, and per-page analytics showing which pages capture the most leads.
