LiveRamp opens its platform to partner-built AI marketing agents

LiveRamp just opened a new lane for third-party AI developers. The company launched LiveRamp Agent Builders, a partner programme that lets outside teams distribute AI agents directly to LiveRamp’s customer base through a pilot scheme.

What It Is

The programme gives marketing teams access to partner-built agents for planning, measurement, activation, and data transformation tasks. Partners use LiveRamp’s APIs and MCP servers to place their agents inside the LiveRamp environment alongside the company’s own tools. The goal, according to Chief Product Officer Matt Karasick, is to cut the friction of bringing third-party agents into production for both developers and end users.

The Founding Partners

Four companies make up the initial cohort:

  • SemantIQ: Healthcare and life sciences focus. Its agents run inside the LiveRamp Clean Room for audience building, analysis, and activation using healthcare provider data. The company claims 99%+ data mapping accuracy for Cross Media Intelligence, delivered in minutes.
  • Newton Research: Analytics and media optimisation agents, including integration with Cross Media Intelligence. Positioned around turning measurement outputs into operational decisions across multiple data environments.
  • Akkio: Targets media teams with a single workflow covering audience discovery, segment creation, and activation. Aims to remove manual handoffs between planning and execution.
  • Datalinx: First-party data preparation, including standardisation and taxonomy mapping for use across LiveRamp products. Has prior work with LiveRamp on Cross Media Intelligence data mapping.

The Broader Play

This is LiveRamp positioning its platform as a distribution channel for specialised AI tools, not just a host for its own features. For marketing operators, it means testing and deploying different agents inside one environment rather than stitching together separate vendor relationships. LiveRamp says a limited expansion beyond the four founding partners is planned.
