Meta Pocket brings vibe coding to minigames in the US
Meta has opened up Pocket, its vibe coding app aimed at non-developers, to users in the US. The app is designed to let you use Meta’s AI tools to build small, interactive minigames without writing code yourself.
What It Is
Pocket is a basic vibe coding tool. The focus is narrow: generating simple, interactive minigames using Meta’s AI. It is not a general purpose development environment.
How It Got Here
Meta first launched Pocket in Brazil in July for a brief testing period. Following that initial run, the app is now available to download for anyone in the US.
The Operator Angle
If you are building on Meta’s ecosystem or experimenting with lightweight AI-generated content for audiences, Pocket is worth a look. The target user appears to be someone who wants a quick, playable output without touching a code editor. Whether it fits into a real product workflow depends on how far the minigame output can be customized, which Meta has not detailed publicly yet.
