Roomvu automates real estate marketing for 350,000 agents

Real estate agents are notoriously inconsistent marketers. They get inspired, post for a few days, then a deal comes in and the content calendar dies. Roomvu built a platform specifically to solve that, and the company just expanded its Autonomous Visibility System with new automation and personalization features.

What the System Does

The platform pulls from MLS listings, market data, and local news to auto-generate a two-week content calendar. Agents can layer in branded video content using a photo or short video clip. The system then distributes that content across LinkedIn, X, and Instagram Stories whether the agent logs in or not.

The platform also includes an Engage system that handles lead responses via phone, text, and email using multilingual AI. Roomvu reports that 49% of consumers interacting with its AI receptionist perceive it as human.
