Roomvu, the AI video marketing platform for real estate agents and brokerages, just shipped Engage Pages, a landing page builder built into its Engage platform. The pitch: turn social media clicks into booked appointments instead of just views.
️ What Engage Pages Does
Agents get personalized, on-brand landing pages in under five minutes, built through a chatbot interface. No developer required. You type a command like “I want a landing page for my open house” and it builds one with lead capture, email notifications, and an AI receptionist included.
Under the hood, Roomvu built an MCP that connects to AI models and pulls in listings, testimonials, AI portraits, voice DNA, and neighborhood FAQs. An HTML creator then assembles the page from a plain chat command. Hosting is handled by Roomvu at no extra charge.

Where Agent Marketing Budgets Are Leaking
Roomvu CEO Sam Mehrbod described the typical agent’s stack as fragmented: separate subscriptions for email marketing, video messaging, AI avatars, and ChatGPT. His argument is that the winning platforms in the current AI era will consolidate all of that into one super app where agents issue a single command and the work gets done.
On websites specifically, Mehrbod was direct: agents pay roughly $1,000 a year for a storefront that almost nobody visits. High cost, low return. Engage Pages is positioned as the cheaper, higher-converting alternative.
For internal context on build costs, Mehrbod noted that at Roomvu, a single design change previously required a designer and developer working together, costing between $4,000 and $6,000 and around 60 man-hours. The chatbot interface removes that entirely.
AI Authenticity: A Few Ground Rules From Mehrbod
On the question of AI-generated content feeling fake, Mehrbod offered a few practical guidelines from the interview:
- AI headshots: Safe to use. The developer reports nobody can tell, and agents readily promote them.
- AI avatars: Keep clips under eight seconds. Mehrbod says conversions drop once viewers can detect the avatar, which typically happens beyond that threshold.
- Voice DNA: Roomvu asks agents a series of questions to capture tone, cadence, and phrasing so generated content sounds like the individual agent rather than generic AI output.
- Video mix: Use a teleprompter for AI-written scripts, but also shoot real, authentic footage. That balance keeps the overall presence from feeling purely generated.
Platform Priorities
On social media, Mehrbod ranked platforms by lead quality rather than reach. YouTube is the most durable. LinkedIn delivers fewer views but higher-quality ones, described as people with jobs and purchasing power. Instagram remains impactful. Facebook has become pay-to-play for business content, with personal channels penalized for posting business-centric posts.
TikTok gets views but fewer leads, with Mehrbod noting the demographic is not yet in homebuying mode. He also flagged that adding branding or a phone number to a TikTok video limits reach on the platform.
The Operator Takeaway
If you work in or around real estate marketing, Engage Pages is worth a look as a low-friction way to close the gap between social traffic and actual appointments. The broader principle, one command replacing a multi-tool workflow, applies well beyond real estate. The MCP-powered architecture Roomvu built here is the same pattern showing up across verticals right now.
