Runway Agent 2.0 turns a prompt into full campaign assets

Runway shipped Agent 2.0 on June 25, 2026, and the pitch is straightforward: drop in a prompt and get back a fully realized marketing brief and campaign assets, all inside the Runway Agent interface.

What Agent 2.0 Does

The new version adds performance analysis on top of asset generation. You can review your existing campaign data, use those insights to improve creative, and then scale the output across platforms, formats, and markets.

Runway describes Agent 2.0 as being built to become the most capable autonomous agent for real-world work. That is their framing, not a third-party benchmark.

The Operator Angle

For solo marketers and small teams, the interesting part is the loop: generate assets, analyze performance, iterate, and distribute across channels without switching tools. Whether that loop actually closes cleanly in practice depends on how well the agent handles real campaign data, which Runway has not detailed publicly yet.

Worth watching if you run paid or content campaigns and want fewer handoffs between creative and analytics work.
