SHOPLINE, the global commerce platform used by more than 600,000 brands, has struck a partnership with Bengaluru-based Trozo to add AI marketing and customer engagement tools to its merchant stack. Financial terms were not disclosed.
What Trozo Brings to the Table
Trozo’s platform centers on a Brand Analyzer that scans a merchant’s website URL and extracts visual identity, tone of voice, messaging position, and audience signals. That data feeds Trozo’s AI Creative Engine, which generates campaign assets, captions, and social content for WhatsApp and Instagram.
Through the integration, SHOPLINE merchants also get access to customer segmentation, WhatsApp and Instagram distribution, revenue attribution, retention workflows, and loyalty tools.
Who It Targets
The companies say the integration is aimed at merchants in fashion, beauty, food and beverage, lifestyle, wellness, and creator-led commerce.
The Operator Angle
Trozo co-founder Janardhan JV said the goal is to help merchants run more personalized campaigns while cutting the time and operational work needed to launch them. Co-founder Dilip Adiga noted Trozo was designed specifically to slot into commerce platforms brands already use, with the Brand Analyzer doing the identity legwork on connect.
This is the second AI-focused partnership SHOPLINE has announced in recent months. In November 2025, the company partnered with Lexore Spark to add AI-powered customer intelligence tools for merchants. The pattern is clear: SHOPLINE is building out its AI layer through partnerships rather than in-house development.
