Xsolla AI Toolkit fixes broken AI-generated game shop code

AI coding assistants are good at writing code that looks right. They’re not good at knowing whether a specific platform’s API actually works the way they think it does. For Xsolla integrations, that gap was causing broken web shops, production failures, and debugging cycles that ate up entire sprints.

On August 4, 2026, Xsolla shipped the Xsolla AI Toolkit to close that gap. It’s a set of agent skills that encode Xsolla’s correct API integration paths directly into the AI coding tools developers already use, so the generated code is production-ready from the first attempt.

What’s Included

The Toolkit ships with four skill areas, each covering a complete integration path rather than isolated API calls:

  • Merchant setup: Creates a new Xsolla Publisher Account and retrieves API credentials
  • Login: Full login flow via Xsolla’s Login API, including error paths, not just the happy path
  • Catalog: Product catalog management and display with enforced correct API usage patterns
  • Payments: Payment processing, Merchant of Record capabilities, and full web shop configuration

Each skill ships with embedded validation logic that tests integration behavior end-to-end, not just individual API calls, before deployment.

Where to Get It

The Toolkit is available now as SKILL.md files in the public GitHub repository at xsolla/xsolla-ai-kit. Plugins are live for Claude Code and Codex CLI. Cursor and GitHub Copilot support is listed as coming soon.

Xsolla says a headless web shop that previously took weeks of documentation reading and debugging can now be built in a single afternoon. The skills are maintained by the teams building the APIs, so they update as Xsolla’s platform evolves. More details at xsolla.com/ai-toolkit.
