Both: you have no choice but to engage/maximize in it, but you’re also not aware of what is going on if you don’t fear it as well!

Pacing/walking anywhere (prefer cool tree-dense areas); also waking up from dreams in a cold sweat screaming ‘EUREEEKAAA!’
If you were out of business tomorrow, what job would you pursue?
I’m not out of business, but I made a full swivel of all my studies/efforts into AI about 5.5 months ago! That’s where I’ll be, even if I have to work a Starbucks during the day to pay the bills and feed the babies!
One object from your childhood you could never throw away?
Not an object, but I don’t think I’ll ever be able to fully disengage my heart from text-RPG games (MUDs)!
One feature you wish your phone had?
A button that could teleport me to my family in an instant for a quick hug!

Hmm… on my Fold: Tabata Timer on one screen, Music on the 2nd! (ok I cheated)
The book that most influenced you?
Bible, of course, but since everybody says that, my second choice would be “Think & Grow Rich“

Your favorite time-saving hack?
Removing distractions (phone silent, notifications muted, etc)… if in an environment with distractions, I find certain music in headphones can help me stay focused
