NTT East’s $17/mo tool helps small businesses stay visible in AI search

AI-powered search is quietly reshaping which businesses get found online. NTT East is betting small and medium-sized businesses need help keeping up, and it’s now charging JPY2,750 ($17.42) a month to do it for them.

What the Platform Does

The service is called Omakase Net Marketing Support. It centralises how a business’s information is managed and distributed across web and social media platforms. The core problem it targets: when business details are scattered and inconsistent across the internet, companies lose visibility and can’t accurately assess how they’re being perceived or evaluated online.

NTT East built AI into the platform to scan for inaccuracies in a company’s online information and to aggregate reviews and ratings. It also shows businesses how consumer AI systems currently present them, and lets them benchmark that presentation against competitors.

The Operator Takeaway

The implicit risk NTT East is flagging is real. As more users get answers directly from AI search summaries rather than clicking through to websites, stale or conflicting business listings could quietly drop companies out of those results entirely. A $17/mo service that monitors and corrects that drift is a low-cost hedge for any local or regional SMB that depends on search-driven discovery.

One contract per address is the limit, so multi-location businesses will need one subscription per site. The service launched November 2.
